Everyone deserves a home.

That’s what we believe here in New Mexico, and that’s why the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority was created by the state legislature in 1975. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of New Mexicans with low to moderate incomes become homeowners.

But our work doesn’t stop there. We create new, affordable housing, make existing homes more energy efficient and provide quality rental opportunities. It’s all part of our goal to help strengthen New Mexico’s communities and families by financing, developing and preserving the places where lives are lived.

This year’s Housing Summit is greatly expanded! The 2012 New Mexico Housing Summit will be held August 22-24 at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque.

We are expecting double the attendance of previous years and will offer more sessions and trainings on a broader range of topics. The Housing Summit will be a one-stop educational and networking experience for everyone involved in affordable housing in New Mexico. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS IT!
